David Howard is Gary Numan’s currently lighting designer, and has worked with him from 2018-Present and has designed TELEKON 45TH ANNIVERSARY tour, REPLICAS / THE PLEASURE PRINCIPAL 45TH ANNIVERSARY tour as well as Numan’s only ever performance at Glastonbury Festival.
